Peter J. Cicchetti serves as President of Titan Construction Services (TCS), a company he launched in 2016 to expand beyond roofing into full-scale construction solutions. His journey in the industry began as a teenager, working for his father’s roofing company. Starting on the roof, Peter learned the trade from the ground up and worked his way through every level of the business—first as a roofer, then as a foreman, later as a superintendent, and ultimately as an owner. This hands-on experience shaped his leadership style and instilled a deep respect for hard work and craftsmanship.

In 2008, Peter and his father co-founded Titan Roofing LLC, which quickly became a trusted name in the Las Vegas Valley. After years of growth and success, Titan Roofing was acquired by Blue Thread Services in 2023, allowing Peter to shift his focus fully to Titan Construction Services. This strategic move enabled him to concentrate on expanding TCS’s capabilities and delivering comprehensive construction solutions for residential, commercial, and HOA projects.

Today, as President of Titan Construction Services, Peter continues to lead with integrity and vision. His decades of experience, earned through hard work and progression from the rooftop to the boardroom, have positioned TCS as a trusted partner for projects of all sizes.

Outside of his professional achievements, Peter enjoys a fulfilling personal life with his wife, Alicia, and their two children. Together, they share a love for animals and care for several on their property, affectionately known as ‘Cicchetti Farms’. When he’s not leading construction projects, Peter can often be found riding his motorcycle, an avid rider who embraces the open road regardless of the weather. His dedication to family, animals, and his passion for riding reflects the same commitment and drive that define his professional career.

David has spent the past 20 years building a career in the HOA construction and roofing industry, focused on strong relationships, trusted partnerships, and delivering results that matter. Before joining Titan Construction Services, David served as Vice President at Alpha 1 Construction and spent nearly 12 years as Vice President of Sales at Titan Roofing. Today, as VP of Sales at TCS in Las Vegas, he leads with a commitment to making clients’ jobs easier through clear communication, accountability, and consistent follow-through.

David is passionate about developing people, refining processes, and creating solutions that help our clients thrive. His leadership philosophy centers on building strong teams and fostering a culture that puts clients and community first.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, hitting the golf course whenever he can, and cheering on his favorite team, the Vegas Golden Knights. His love for sports and competition reflects the same drive and dedication he brings to his work every day.

Richard brings over two decades of expertise in construction and HOA industry operations to his role as Director of Operations at Titan Construction Services. Beginning his career in 2003 with KDT Construction and later CMA Consulting, Richard developed a strong foundation in construction management and client service. For the past seven years, he has led Titan’s operational strategy, ensuring projects are delivered with precision, efficiency, and the highest standards of quality.

With more than 22 years of experience in the HOA sector, Richard offers unparalleled insight into the unique challenges and requirements of community associations. His extensive background includes managing complex construction defect cases, overseeing destructive and intrusive testing, and guiding teams through intricate remediation and reconstruction processes. Richard’s leadership is defined by his commitment to operational excellence, client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of accountability.

As Director of Operations, Richard is responsible for the day-to-day management of Titan Construction Services, driving performance across all departments and ensuring seamless coordination from project inception to completion. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on approach make him an invaluable resource for clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending quality time with his family and is an avid sports fan. He is a die-hard supporter of the Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Lions, bringing the same passion and loyalty to his teams as he does to his work. A former competitive wrestler, Richard credits the discipline and perseverance he learned on the mat as key drivers of his success in the construction industry.

Jacque’s experience in the HOA construction industry began in 2008 after immigrating from South Africa with his family. He quickly established himself as a leader in the field, serving as Senior Vice President at Western Pride Construction and later as General Manager at Intertex General Contractors for nine years before joining Titan Construction Services in 2019.

Throughout his career, Jacque has been involved in numerous complex reconstruction projects within the HOA industry, often working closely with attorneys, community managers, and industry experts. His extensive knowledge, combined with his honesty and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, has earned him the respect and trust of both clients and peers.

When he’s not managing projects, Jacque enjoys spending time with his family and mountain biking in the scenic trails surrounding the Las Vegas Valley.
